Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
A booking enquiry submitted through our website is a request only and is not confirmed until our team contacts you to arrange a service time. Vehicle drop-off and collection times are agreed at booking.
2. Authorisation of work
Where additional work is identified during inspection or servicing, we will discuss it with you and seek authorisation before proceeding. Work will not be carried out beyond the authorised scope without your approval.
3. Payment
Payment for services and parts is due on collection of your vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the workshop.
4. Warranty
Parts supplied are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is covered in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service documentation.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service and parts supplied.
